AtomICs named semifinalist of US Army’s xTechPrime competition

The US Army selected AtomICs as one of fifty semifinalists in its xTechPrime competition, which seeks to identify “disruptive concepts and technology solutions” for the army. In addition to the $5000 cash prize, this grants AtomICs a chance to pitch later in the fall for an additional $35,000 and the opportunity to submit a direct to phase II SBIR proposal, valued at $1.9M.

Co-founders Dana Biechele-Speziale and Selahaddin Gumus are headed to Austin for Fed Supernova 2023 to look for a technology integrator partner as AtomICs gears up for the upcoming Phase II pitch in early November.
